Austins honesty and integrity goes a long way. We called today to Have him put us in his schedule and he squeezed us in today. He came and did an inspection and clean some coils and the air conditioner unit. He was very open and honest and had extremely fair prices. Austin has done some work for us in the past and the same standards then are the same standards now. His prices are fair he’s extremely honest and Doesn’t try to take advantage of anyone. I will definitely be using Griffith plumbing and heating cooling and electrical again. In fact he will be doing yearly inspections on our heating and air conditioner for us

I have used this company several times in the past and have always received exceptional service. HVAC, electric or plumbing, Austin can fix it all. Today, once again they exceeded my expectations by coming out on short notice in order to fix my kitchen sink and did so with no down time. I highly recommend this company if you want fast and HONEST service!

Great service and focus on customer satisfaction. Austin and his crew worked all day to resolve the many issues that were found and restored the house to comfort. He also guarantees his work and is responding aright away. Everything is explained clearly and checks in as the work progresses.

Austin is wonderful to work with. He is honest, dependable, and I never feel he is trying to up sell any service or repair. He has done multiple jobs for us over the past year and we will continue to use him as our go to for any plumbing, heating, cooling or electrical need.

Austin did a great job with our HVAC. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly, repair the air conditioning system and did it all at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this company to anyone with heating or air-conditioning problems. Will use them in the future.

We used Griffith plumbing to install a new kitchen sink. After much discussion it was decided that they would come on Wednesday, then on Sunday he asked if they could come Monday, I was very accommodating to his request. I wanted to combine two things I needed done but he was unable to complete the second item. I should have asked for a quote but I wanted to use a local company the company that installed our counter would have done it for $350.00 and I would have had no down time without my kitchen sink. He couldn't give me a price for the additional work when I asked for a quote, even though they had looked at the gas line and to see what we needed. The cost for moving the plumbing around under our kitchen sink was $325.00, I called to ask if he was going to charge me again to come out and do the gas line and he said his time starts when they leave the shop at $125.00 X 2 people. Needless to say I didn't call him again he was supposed to send me a quote for the additional gas line and I have not heard from him since that was 2 weeks ago. I would not recommend this company.
